Violet is the heart behind Little Sun Coffee.

Her journey started in 2019 when she pulled her first shot as a barista. She instantly fell in love with the industry - the artistry and science behind coffee, the sensory experience - but even more so, she fell in love with the community that coffee creates.

The specialty coffee industry is excitingly ever-evolving, but one thing remains unchanged. Coffee is community, and at the intersection of coffee and community is great hospitality.

At Little Sun Coffee, we’re inspired by the way that coffee helps us pause, enjoy life, and connect with each other.

Violet created Little Sun Coffee to be a reflection of the joy and sunshine that coffee brings her. ♥︎
